When can a Refund be Processed?

We provide a Full Refund Guarantee (100%) in the following scenarios:

  • Initial Cancellation: You cancel the order before our design team starts the work process or material processing.

  • Systemic Issues: Major technical disruptions occur on Ovent's infrastructure that cannot be repaired within 7 working days, making the service completely unusable.

Limitations & Exceptions

As a material customization-based service, refunds cannot be made if:

  • The invitation has been finished and the official link has been published/delivered.

  • There is a typo or incorrect selection of photo/video assets by the customer.

  • Request for changes in concept, theme, or basic features after the invitation is declared finished.

  • Delays in completion caused by slow delivery of materials from the customer side.
